Cerasuolo di Vittoria is Sicily's only DOCG, a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato from Vittoria's unique chalky-clay soils, and the Grotte Alte Riserva represents its most ambitious expression. The 2021 spent additional time in large old oak before bottling, building layers of complexity while preserving the blend's signature floral, mineral character.
