From a 1960 planting block at 450-500 meters elevation on Citrusdal Mountain, this Chenin Blanc is split between stainless steel and 400-liter French barrel spontaneous fermentation. Complex and elegant, it delivers concentrated pear, citrus, and stone fruit with mouth-watering acidity and mineral core. Founded by Ginny Povall in 2009.
