The 2022 Chianti Classico is pure Sangiovese fermented with native yeasts and raised slowly in cement, which keeps the fruit transparent and the structure savory rather than polished. 2022 was a warm Tuscan vintage, but Radda's altitude and Caparsa's fresh exposures gave the wine real lift — sour cherry, dried violet, a swirl of woodland herb, and that classic Radda salinity on the close.
