Chateau Fourcas Dupre, Blanc, 2022

Château Fourcas Dupré is located in Listrac-Médoc, with vines documented at this location since the 13th century. The estate was named in 1843-44 when Jean-Antoine Baptiste Dupré acquired it. In 2019, Gérard Jicquel (co-founder of Samsic services group) became the new owner. The estate comprises 46-47 contiguous hectares on the Listrac plateau at 42 meters—nicknamed "toit du Médoc" (rooftop of the Médoc). Terroir is 80%+ Pyrenean gravel with clay and limestone. HVE Level 3 certified (highest environmental value). Cellars date from 1843. The Blanc is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon.
