When a former Krug enologist returned to manage his family's Champagne house, continuity met ambition. Eric Rodez ferments the vast majority of his blend in barrels—a commitment to texture—while reserve wines spanning multiple vintages add layered complexity to this Grand Cru cuvée. Pinot Noir's power (the dominant grape) is balanced by Chardonnay's elegance, restrained malolactic fermentation, and just 1.5 g/L dosage. Biodynamically farmed from a family rooted in Ambonnay since 1757.
