Val Champignat is a single-plot expression from a west-facing, mid-slope vineyard on Upper Kimmeridgian limestone at 232 metres elevation. This 100% Pinot Noir is vinified without fining, filtration or cold storage, and disgorged February 2024 in Brut Nature (zero dosage). The wine delivers black fruit and limestone minerality with a strong, structured palate and precise bubbles. This is terroir-driven Champagne that demands proper storage conditions and rewards patience with a powerful, expressive finish.
