Champs Rougets is a single-vineyard, bone-dry Chenin Blanc from old vines, farmed biodynamically and coaxed along with native yeasts, no malolactic, and a rest in older barrels. That means all the electric acidity and stony precision Chenin does best, with none of the sweetness people wrongly assume from Vouvray. It's a dry white with cut, tension, and years of life ahead.
