Galil Mountain Winery, Rose 'Aviv', 2024 (Kosher)

Galil Mountain Winery, established in 2000 in Israel’s Upper Galilee, specializes in high-elevation wines certified Kosher for Passover. Vineyards span 420–800 meters on limestone and basalt-rich soils.

The 2024 Rosé is a dry saignée blend of Pinot Noir, Barbera, Sangiovese and Grenache, cold-fermented in stainless steel. Crisp and floral, it’s made for freshness and early enjoyment.
