Kabaj’s "Hydra" is the kind of pét-nat that makes you want to text all your friends: “Come over now.” It's bright, fizzy, slightly cloudy, and packed with electric energy—like someone bottled pure good vibes.

Made from mostly Malvasia, it’s bursting with tart citrus, green apple, and a little yeasty tang that keeps it playful but never weird. Just the right amount of funk to keep things interesting, without tipping into full wild child territory.
