Grower Champagne from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, where the Hébrart family has made wine since 1963. Jean-Paul Hébrart took over from his father Marc in 1997 and has built one of the finest grower estates in the Marne. This Blanc de Blancs blends 88% Premier Cru Chardonnay from Mareuil with 12% Grand Cru fruit from Oiry and Chouilly. 36 months on lees, 6g/L dosage.
