The Story
Michel Bouzereauâs 2023 Pommard âLes Crasâ comes from a 0.4 ha south-facing site planted in the early 1980s on stony clay-limestone soils below Premier Cru slopes. Farmed organically, the vines yield concentrated fruit with firm structure and mineral depth.
The wine ferments traditionally and ages one year in 25% new oak, followed by a short tank rest. A powerful yet refined Pinot Noirâlayered, spicy, and built for aging.
