The Story
Monte Dall’Ora’s 2021 Camporenzo is a Valpolicella Classico Superiore made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grown on limestone terraces near San Pietro in Cariano. Farmed biodynamically, the grapes are hand-harvested from a single west-facing vineyard.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large neutral oak, the wine is pure and savory, without appassimento. A vibrant, structured expression of traditional Valpolicella that favors terroir over technique.
