Noah, Bramaterra Salero, 2021

Named for the salt that gives Brusnengo its character, Salero is a Bramaterra blend of Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina from vines at 300–350 meters on sandy, richer soils than Noah's other cuvée. Andrea Mosca, an architect turned vintner, favors extraction and structure in this bottling, which shows scorched earth, tobacco, and incense with potent, gripping tannins and a long finish built for the cellar.
