Notre Terre (Brunnhilde Claux), VdF Orange, 2025

Brunnhilde Claux runs the acclaimed Domaine de Courbissac in the Minervois, and Notre Terre — 'our land' — is her low-intervention side project, the name itself a nod to her terroir-first philosophy. After a start at Domaine Gauby and three vintages with Terroir al Limit in Priorat, she farms biodynamically and works with whole bunches, concrete vats, and a featherlight touch. This skin-contact orange is textured and savory, with dried orchard fruit, a gentle grip of tannin, and real energy. A natural wine with serious pedigree behind it.
