Pian dell'Orino, Brunello di Montalcino Vignetidel Versante, 2019

Pian dell’Orino’s 2019 “Vigneti del Versante” is a biodynamic Brunello from Montalcino’s high-elevation eastern slopes. Vines grow on marl, clay, and volcanic soils across select estate parcels.

Fermented spontaneously in concrete with extended maceration, then aged nearly four years in large oak. The wine is structured, mineral, and refined—showing red fruit, herbs, and firm yet polished tannins. Built for long aging.
