Querciabella is one of Tuscany's pioneering estates, farming its Chianti Classico vineyards organically and biodynamically (and famously vegan, using no animal inputs at all). This is 100% Sangiovese from high-altitude sites in Greve, Radda and Gaiole, aged in a mix of barrels with just a touch of new oak. The result is a polished, classically structured Chianti Classico with bright cherry fruit and savory grip.
