Fundy Gin from Nova Scotia. One of the key botanicals of the gin is handpicked, sun-dried dulse which they get locally from the Bay of Fundy — fresh ocean spray and sea salt on the nose with sweet juniper berries, citrus peel, and an earthy botanicals such as cardamom and rosemary. Makes for a delightful martini!
