Suncliffe Arizona Dry Gin represents a bold rethinking of gin tradition using the high-desert terroir of Sedona, Arizona, and native plant material. Distilled in small batches in custom copper stills, this spirit combines a trio of native Arizona junipers—one-seed, shaggy, and alligator—with wild-foraged botanicals including ponderosa pine bark, manzanita, and western elderflower discovered in the region. Using vapor-infusion and remaining non-chill-filtered, Suncliffe preserves the full botanical expression—a decision that honors terroir and complexity over industrial clarity and mass-market appeal. Conceived during pandemic lockdown in 2020 by Thomas Giddings and Ryan Lawrence with partner Clare Byrne, this gin bottle represents the contemporary craft distillery spirit: questioning convention, celebrating place, and demanding quality in every batch. At 45% ABV, it's crafted for serious gin exploration and appreciation.
