Domaine des Ardoisières leads the Savoie revival, and Silice Blanc is its clearest introduction. Sourced from 25-year-old Jacquère vines on steep schist and clay, it’s farmed biodynamically and fermented with native yeasts. Aged in cuve and old barrels for 9 months, it highlights precision and purity.

Silice is the domaine’s most accessible white, made with the same care as their top cuvées. Mountain freshness, firm acidity, and stony minerality make it a benchmark for modern Savoie whites.
