Verdicchio is the Marche's signature white, and La Staffa is leading its renaissance. Riccardo Baldi started the winery at 19 and has built an international reputation for crystalline, mineral-driven wines from hillside vineyards in the Castelli di Jesi. Organic farming and meticulous winemaking produce Verdicchio with tension and precision—citrus, almond, saline finish. This is Italy's answer to Chablis at a fraction of the price. Perfect with seafood, especially shellfish and grilled fish.
