This Extra Brut blend of 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir gains complexity from 50% reserve wine and extended time on the lees. Beautifully balanced between ripe red fruit and earthy minerality, with lemon peel and a salty freshness that lingers. Minimal dosage (4.5 g/l) lets the chalk-driven terroir shine through.
