Mas Candí, founded in 2006 by four young growers to champion organic farming and craft sparkling wine, helped pioneer the Corpinnat collective—a new-generation alternative to mass-produced Cava. This Brut Nature blends Xarel-ló, Macabeo, Sumoll, and Parellada from old vines, aged 18 months on the lees. Pale straw-yellow with fine, persistent bubbles and citrus-driven freshness, it drinks as both an aperitif and food companion.
