The Story
P.A.N.K. stands for Palffy Attila Nemes Koveskal, and it started as a punk-music side project before it took over Attila Palffy's life entirely. This seventh-generation winemaker farms organically on the volcanic and limestone soils above Lake Balaton in Hungary, and Pink is his original rose pet-nat. Made in the ancestral method from whole-cluster Pinot Noir, native yeast, bottled to finish fermenting on its own, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfur. It's vibrant and gulpable, all sour cherry and strawberry fizz. Pure natural-wine fun with a real address behind it.
