Sadie Family Wines, Palladius, 2023

Palladius is Sadie’s flagship white blend, sourced from 17 dry-farmed Swartland vineyards. It includes Chenin, Grenache Blanc, Palomino, Semillon, Clairette, and nine other Mediterranean varieties. Whole-bunch pressed, it ferments in amphora and concrete, then ages for two years across vessels, including old foudres.

The 2023 is bright and saline, with firm acidity and refined texture. Built for aging, it captures the region’s complexity through structure, clarity, and restraint.
