Nicolas Bernard and VĂ©ronique Bonin (granddaughter of the respected Bernard Michelot of Meursault) work 9 hectares with Demeter and Ecocert certification. This entry-level Bourgogne BlancâChardonnay fermented without added yeast or enzymes, aged 15-18 months in oak, unfined and unfilteredâproves that the philosophy scales down. The 2023 is ripe, supple, and juicy with medium-full body. "Initiales B.B." honors both grandfather Bernard and the Bonin name.
