The rarest bottling from Dumien-Serrette, this cuvée is named for Henri Dumien and made from the estate's oldest vines in Patou—some over 100 years old. Only two barrels were produced in 2023. Like the Patou, it's 100% Syrah made with partial whole-cluster fermentation and aged two years in older barrels. The result is a wine of profound concentration and elegance: the perfumed character of ancient vines married to supple tannins from the decomposed granite terroir. A once-per-release opportunity.
