Grown on white marl soils and made in the ouillé style with no sulfites added, this Les Follasses Chardonnay expresses the precision of Montigny-les-Arsures terroir. Michel farms two parcels—Les Follasses A and B—sometimes blending them, sometimes bottling separately. The result is a fresh, lively white with subtle oxidative qualities that define the Jura's best traditions. Hand-harvested and aged in neutral oak, this cuvée balances bright acidity with the mineral depth characteristic of the appellation.
